Trophy Boat Construction
- Supercharged Four-Stroke Verado with a 2.6L in-line six-cylinder powerhouse that outperforms virtually every other engine on the water. It's the strongest, fastest, most quiet and most reliable outboard ever built.
- Fiberglass stringers are filled with foam as part of the floatation system.
- SmartCraft™ digital throttle and shift.
- T-tops and hardtops are mounted on welded aluminum structures.
- Rods are protected with gunnel mounted rod holders that have PVC tubes built into the sidewall to keep rod guides from catching.
- PVC chases are laminated into the deck and stringers during production to prevent wiring from damage.
- Trophy hull sides are hand-laminated with multiple layers for added strength and durability. Our fiberglass lamination processes are uniquely engineered to size, horsepower and specific use for which your boat was designed.
- A rigid framework of fiberglass one-piece stringers is bonded to the hull and deck to form a completely unitized structure. This translates into exceptional durability and a much smoother ride.
- T-tops and hardtops are mounted on welded anodized aluminum structures that go beyond stout and are through-bolted into aluminum plates that are laminated into the stringers.
- Bow eyes, cleats and transom eyes are stainless steel, secured through backing plates with stainless-steel locknuts to withstand extreme conditions.
- Our fuel tank mounting system is integrated with the stringers, not added on. This unique design, unmatched in the industry, protects the cross-linked polyethylene fuel tank. Safe, secure and no chance of rusting!
- A fishboat platform that must perform reliably and predictably under a wide variety of conditions. The Trophy Hull System™ doesn't rely on tricks or gizmos - just solidly engineered hulls that give you the softest, driest, safest ride possible.
- "Aggressive grip" textured surface not only provides sure footing, but is the first step ot our DRS™ Drainage Response System. The textured surface is oriented to shed water toward the channel system.
- PVC chases support wiring and hoses to guard against chafing and to allow easy owner installation of additional electronics.
- DRS™ Drainage Response System Channels direct water toward main cockpit drains, where scuppers hurry the water overboard.
